Funeral serives for Mr. Boyd will be Sunday 2:00 P.M. at McEvoy Chapel with burial to follow in Memorial Cemetery, visitation will be Saturday 4:00 until 8:00 and after 11:00 Sunday. He is survived by a sister Shellie Parker of Paris. Preceded by his parents Richard C. and Lydia Coleman Boyd, a sister Lola Mae McFarland and brother Bill Boyd. He was a truck driver for McCartney Produce, Mitchum and Hayes Construction Company and had formerly owned his own trucking company.
