Alfred 'Alfie' William Shaffer

Alfred "Alfie" William Shaffer, age 35, Paris,TN, died at his residence on August 19, 2010. His funeral service will be conducted at 3:00 PM Wednesday at Paris Community of Christ Church on Lone Oak Road. Burial will follow in Point Pleasant Baptist Church. His visitation will be from 12:00 noon until 3:00 PM Wednesday at the Church. He is survived by his mother, Gertie Shaffer, Paris, TN daughter, Faith Nicole Shaffer, Parsons, TN, sons, Andrew Tyler Shaffer, Paris, TN and Brandon Johnson, Dyersburg, TN. Sisters, Wanda Carol Sanders Rainey, Bruceton, TN and Kathy (David) Bowden, Paris, TN. Brothers, Elliot Ray Neal, Ozark, AR, Nathan (Patty) Shaffer, Paris, TN and Bill (Cindy) Morgan, Goodlettsville, TN. Other relatives surviving are aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews and cousins and special friends. He attended Henry County High School and last worked with Servall Gutter Installation. He also worked construction and automotive repair. The family requests that memorials may be made to a trust account at Security Bank and Trust Company , Paris, TN, in his name.
