Mrs. Alice Mae Whitehead, age 86, of Puryear, TN, died Tuesday at Henry County Medical Center. Her funeral service will be 10:00 AM Thursday at McEvoy Funeral Home Chapel. Visitation will be 4:00 - 8:00 PM Wednesday and after 9:00 AM Thursday. A graveside service will be held at 10:00 AM Saturday at Mt. Zion Cemetery, Opp, AL. She is survived by daughters, Carolyn (Elbert) Camper, Puryear, TN, Dorothy (William) Spillers, Paris, TN, brother, Jack Hudson, AL, several grandchildren and great-grandchildren. She was preceded by a son, Ronnie Lee Whitehead, July 27, 1981.
