Ms. Annie Mae Lowry Howell, age 86 of Henry, Tennessee passed away Sunday, January 16, 2022 at Henry County Healthcare Center. Her graveside funeral service will be 2:00 P.M. Thursday at Bevil Cemetery with burial to follow the service. No visitation is scheduled. Annie Lowry Howell was born April 12, 1935 in Texas to the late A.V. Lowry and the late Lillian Crawford Lowry. She is survived by her daughters, Debra (Jason) Glisson of Henry, Lavida James of McKenzie, Lisa (Ben) Wortham of Hollow Rock; son, Bo (Tonya) Hunt of Winterhaven, Florida; brother, Henry Lowry of Texas; grandchildren, Tracy Odchonski, Bryan Crabtree, Angela Sinis, Arturo Martinez, Maryann Martinez, Rosa Martinez, Felipe Martinez, Carie Perez, Dina Martinez, Ben Wortham, Jr., Jacob Wortham, Joe Wortham, and Dustin Ballard; also by numerous great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren; nieces, nephews, and other family members. Besides her parents, Ms. Howell was also preceded in death by a daughter, Mary Catherine Lee; son, Charlie Hunt; and brothers, James, Buddy, and Charles Lowry. Ms. Howell was known as a wonderful mother and grandmother. She was a hard working woman who enjoyed cooking, canning and playing bingo.
