Funeral service 2:00PM Sunday June 28, 2015 at McEvoy Funeral Home with Mr. and Mrs. James May officiating. Visitation 4:00 - 7:00PM Saturday. He was born in Model, TN to the late Melvin Franklin and Rheda Inez Allen Chadwick. Survived by sisters: Becky (George) Glass, Buchanan, sister-in-law: Lisa Chadwick, Buchanan; brothers: David (Karen) Chadwick, Buchanan, Wendell Chadwick, Buchanan; seven nieces and nephews; four great nieces and nephews. Preceded by a sister: Lena Fay Grey and a brother: Chris Chadwick. Anthony loved to fish, hunt and spend time with his nieces and nephews.
