Aron B. Presson, age 95, of Westland, MI, passed away Tuesday, May 26, 2020 at Westland a Villa Center, Westland, MI. He was born August 10, 1924 in Mayfield, Kentucky, son of Arade & Nonie Mae (Bunn) Presson. Aron proudly served his country in the U.S. Navy during World War II. He retired from Ford Motor Company after 36 years of loyal service. He enjoyed wood crafts, engine repair, fishing, musical instruments, and most of all, time spent with family. Mr. Presson is survived by his wife Barbara (Franklin) Presson, seven children: Mary May of Monroe, MI, Karen Posey of Kentucky, Aron (Rhonda) Presson of Westland, MI, Patricia (Randy) Wylie of Westland, MI, Lou (Judy) Presson of Westland, MI, Robert (Sherry) Presson of Tennessee and Carol (Grady) Finley of Kentucky; 18 grandchildren, 15 great-grandchildren, 7 great-great-grandchildren, brother Eztira Presson of Paris, Tennessee, brother-in-law Billy Winchester of Paris, Tennessee, also numerous extended family and friends. Aron was preceded in death by his parents; his children's mother Mary (Davidson) Presson in 1981, son-in-law Jerry Posey, also sister-in-law Mary Presson. Graveside services will be 1:00 PM Tuesday, June 2nd at Hillcrest Memorial Park with Bro. Tom Winchester officiating. Burial will follow.
