Funeral service 11:00AM Saturday at McEvoy Funeral Home with Dr. Robert Martin of First United Methodist Church of Paris officiating, with burial to follow at Memorial Cemetery. Named as pallbearers are Bill culley, Rusty Culley, Andy Jackson, Emery Bradley, Brent Greer and Adam "Sonny Boy" Jackson. Charles Green, Gordon Owen and members of the Paris Lion's Club will serve as honorary pallbearers. Visitation 4:00 - 8:00PM Friday and after 9:00AM Saturday. He was born in Dale, OK to the late W.J. and Lillie Byrd Cox. On December 11, 1946 he married Myree Smith Cox she survives in Paris. Preceded by sisters: Clara Bow Neal and Shirley Faye Greene; two brothers: Jessie Cox and Tommy Cox. Mr. Cox was a member of the First United Methodist Church in Paris. He was a WWII Army Veteran, member of the American Legion, Paris Lions Club, lifetime member of the Good Sam's Camping Club and had worked at Ellis Heating Company for over 58 years. Aubrey is also survived by nieces and nephews.
