Barbara Sue James Kirby, age 79 of Puryear, passed away Friday, March 19, 2021 at AHC of Paris. There will be visitation for immediate family only with cremation to follow. Barbara Sue James Kirby was born January 11, 1942 in Murray, Kentucky to the late Winfred James and the late Opal Lee Saunders Gibson. Ms. Kirby is survived by two sons: Richard "Ricky" Fogle of Clarksville, TN and Barry Fogle of Sparta, TN; seven grandchildren: Louis (Sabrina) D'Antonio, Justin D'Antonio, Crystal (J) Anderson, Heather (Wayne) Holland, Bridgette Fogle, William Fogle (Caitlin Holland), and Richard (Bethany) Fogle, Jr.; fifteen great grandchildren: Abigail D'Antonio, Danielle D'Antonio, Jonathan Anderson, Elizabeth Anderson, Anthony Anderson, Autumn Cheatham, Gabriel Cheatham, Oliver Johnson, Violet Fogle, Andrianna Fogle, Isabella Fogle, Roslyn Fogle, Lyla Fogle, Mark Holland and Mallory Debra Ann Holland; and one sister, Doris (Bud) Forsythe of Buchanan, TN. Besides her parents, Barbara was also preceded in death by a great granddaughter, Lillian Eve D'Antonio; two sisters: Sandra Kay Snow and Mary Katherine James; one brother, James Tommy Gibson; and a stepfather, James Henry Gibson.
