Memorial service Thursday 11:00AM at McEvoy Funeral Home with Dr. Robert Martin of First United Methodist Church officiating, burial will follow at Hillcrest Memorial Park Cemetery. She was born in Hamburg, Germany to the late Alfred and Antonia "Tony" Graf Michow. On November 15, 1964 she married Aloysius "Al" Kraus, he preceded June 7, 1999. Survived by a sister: Ursula Belshaser, Germany. Preceded by a son at the age of three and a brother: Eyke Michow. Mrs. Kraus was a long time member of the First United Methodist Church of Paris where she was very active in church activities including the Chancel Choir, UMW and teaching Sunday School. She was a member of the Paris Women's Club, Paris Garden Club and Creative Homemakers Club. Barbara was retired RN.
