Barbara Jean Webb, age 67 of Paris, TN passed away Tuesday, August 17, 2021, at Henry County Medical Center. Her funeral service will be at 11:00 AM Wednesday, September 8, 2021, at McEvoy Funeral Home with Bro. Gerald Scott of Temple Baptist Church where she was a member officiating. Burial will follow at Walker Cemetery in Cottage Grove. Visitation will be from 4:00-7:00 PM Tuesday, September 7, 2021, and after 10:00 AM Friday before the service at McEvoy Funeral Home. Barbara Jean Webb was born August 5, 1954, in Ashville, NC to the late John Henry Hyatt and the late Grace Sorrow Hyatt. On May 10, 1972, she married David Webb and he survives in Paris, TN. Barbara started working at Super D Drugs in 1994 and continued working when it changed over to Walgreens. She was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, and sister and she loved her church family. She loved riding motorcycles and she loved the mountains. In addition to her husband, Barbara Jean is also survived by a son, David Christopher "Chris" Webb of Paris, TN; two grandchildren: Michael Webb and Amari Webb; two sisters: Linda VanHook of Paris, TN and Debbie (Karen) Craddock of Franklin, NC; and numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends. Besides her parents, Barbara Jean was also preceded in death by her step-mother, Fannie Mae Hyatt; and two brothers: John William Hyatt and Harold "Howie" McGaha, Jr. Pallbearers for Barbara will be Victor Baldwin, Billy Pierce, Kelvin Evans, Terry Brown, Glen Loy, and Ronnie Conger.
