Funeral service 2:00PM Tuesday at McEvoy Funeral Home with Dr. John Smith of Fairview Baptist Church officiating, burial will follow at the Sulphur Well Church of Christ Cemetery. Named as pallbearers are Randy Williams, Donnie Williams, Shannon Hogan, Jeremy Kelley, Russell Wade and Brad wade. Visitation 4:00 - 7:00PM Monday and after 12:00 Noon Tuesday. She was born in Paris to the late Bruce and Merle Smith Williams. On February 18, 1989 she married William Belt, he preceded February 27, 2011. Survived by daughters: Judy (Terry) Moon, Paris, Barbara (Rickey) Kelley, Williamsport, Opal (Teddy) Wade, Paris; son: Chris (Missy) Hamilton, Paris; five grandchildren, one great-grandchild, two great great-grandchildren; special friends: Carrie Villaflor, Joan Looney and Rita Evans. Preceded by a sister: Barbara Ann Williams. Betty was a member of Fairview Baptist Church. She graduated from Grove High School and had formerly worked at Holley Carburetor Plant.
