Ms. Betty Love Upchurch Peeler, age 93, of Dresden, Tennessee formerly of Puryear, passed away Wednesday, April 7, 2021 at Henry County Medical Center. Her funeral service will be 12:00 P.M. Saturday at McEvoy Funeral Home with her son, Frank Peeler to officiate. Burial will follow in Maplewood Cemetery. Visitation for Ms. Peeler is scheduled on Saturday, after 11:00 A.M. until time of service at 12:00 P.M. Betty Upchurch Peeler was born in Puryear, Tennessee at the family homeplace on January 30, 1928 to the late Frank B. Upchurch and the late Joe Rachael Love Upchurch. She is survived by daughters, Elizabeth O'Conner of Dresden, Donna Jo Grubb of Lexington, Kentucky and Amy Love Peeler of Dresden; son, Frank (Mickelle) Peeler of Brentwood, Tennessee; seven grandchildren and four great grandchildren; sister, Ann Upchurch Todd of Dallas, Texas; and by several nieces and nephews.
