Funeral service 2:00PM Sunday at McEvoy Funeral Home with Dr. Fred Shackelford of Springhill Baptist Church and Darrell Pollack, Hospice Minister officiating, burial will follow at Bevil Cemetery and her grandsons will serve as pallbearers. Visitation 3:00 - 7:00PM Saturday and after 12:00PM Sunday. She was born in Gleason, TN to the late Basil Bynum and Katherine Hodges Schmidt. On April 3, 1960 she married Billy Moore Bomar, he preceded February 26, 1997. Survived by daughters: Landa (Chuck) Elizondo, Paris, Lori (Larry) Green, Huntingdon; son: Billy Moore (Melissa) Bomar, Jr., Paris; sister: Patricia (Don) Washington, Houston, TX; brothers: Terry (Shirley) Bynum, Sharon, Perry (Carol) Schmidt, Oak Park, CA; step-brother: Jimmy (Sue) Dilday, Dresden; grandchildren: Ryan (Emily) Elizondo, Brent Elizondo, Paige Elizondo, Adam Bomar, Austin Bomar, Ben Bomar and Garrett Green; one great-grandchild: Maci Elizondo;sisters-in-law: Peggy Bennett, Jeri Shadden; brothers-in-law: Jerry (Janet) Bomar, Alex (Gail) Bomar, Richard Holland; nieces and nephews: Raylynn (Mary) Bynum, Pam (Mike) Gallimore, Tony Bynum, Britt (Debbie) Bynum, David, Kaylyn and Brandon Schmidt, Jeff Erwin, Sandra Sumann, Melissa Sazama, Melanie Dodd, Laurie Russell, Donald (Tracey) Bomar, Tiffany (Todd) Latta, Brandy (Mickey) McGrew, Jimmy Bomar, Jeff (Carla) Shadden, Jolyn Shadden, Mike (Pam) Wallace, Donna (Bob) Evans, Marla Luna, Missy Boley, Michelle Holland.
