Ms. Billie Jo Gibson Owen, age 45 of Paris, Tennessee passed away Wednesday, November 22, 2023 at her residence. Her body is to be cremated and a celebration of life will be planned for a later date. Billie Jo was born March 25, 1978 in Houston, Texas to the late Michael Paul Gibson and to Linda Hilliard Perry who survives in Paris. She is also survived by her spouse, Charles Engelking of Paris; son Dawson Owen of Paris; sister, April Perry of Paris; brother, Michael Perry of Paris; also by nieces and nephews, Addison, Carson, Mason and Ember Perry.
