Billy R. Brown, age 69, of Mansfield, Tennessee passed away Tuesday, March 25, 2025 at Henry County Hospital. His body is to be cremated and a celebration of life will be planned for a later date. Billy Robert Brown was born March 25, 1956 in Paris, Tennessee to the late William C. "Tubby" Brown and the late Marget Katherin Lowery Brown. He is survived by his grandchildren, Johnathon, Juan, Carman, and Hailey Paz, all of Florida; sisters, Rita (Phillip) Paschall of Paris and Penny Brown of Mansfield; brothers, Ray Brown of Paris and Jeff Markham of Mansfield; also by numerous nieces, nephews, other family members and friends. Besides his parents, Billy is also preceded in death by his daughter, Lisa Paz (prec. March 9, 2021). Mr. Brown attended the Pentecostal Church. He enjoyed yard work, going to yard sales, and spending time with his family. Billy also loved watching westerns on television and was said to be a very simple kind of man.
