Mr. Hopper's funeral service will be held on Monday at 12:00 P.M. January 14, 2013 at McEvoy Funeral Home. Visitation is scheduled on Monday at McEvoy Funeral Home from 11:00 A.M. until 12:00 P.M. prior to the service. He is survived by his wife, Lottie Hopper of Metropolis, IL, daughter Kelli (Travis) Sanders of Milan, TN, daughter Cindy (Lee) Jennings of Metropolis, IL and his brother William (Jewell) Hopper of Paris, TN. He is also survived by grandchildren, Tyler and Madilynn Jennings and Wade Sanders. Billy worked for Plumley/Dana for 34 years and retired as Maintenance Supervisor. He was a Baptist by faith.
