Funeral service 1:00PM Saturday at McEvoy Funeral Home with Bro. Rex Buford of the Como Church of Christ officiating, burial will follow at Mansfield Baptist Church Cemetery. Visitation 10:00AM Saturday until time of service. He was born in Ringgold, GA to the late Joe and Lucille Nimmo Ligon. He is survived by a brother: Don Ligon, Paris; half-brother: L.C. Manning, Montgomery, AL and a niece: Lisa Moseley, Paris. Billy Joe was a member of the Como Church of Christ. He loved to sing country songs for everyone at Henry County Healthcare Center.
