Billy's funeral service will be Friday August 1, 2008 10:00 A.M. at McEvoy Funeral Home Chapel with burial to follow in Memorial Cemetery. Visitation 4:00 until 8:00 Thursday and after 9:00 Friday. He is survived by his parents Billy E. Melton and Rubie Nell Marrs Melton both of Paris, TN, Twin brother Terry Melton, Paris, TN, Grandmother Gladys Speight Carter, Paris, TN, several uncles, aunts and cousins. Billy was a Baptist and enjoyed drawing and mechanics.
