Bruce Gargus, age 58 of Buchanan, TN passed away Tuesday, April 26, 2022, at St. Thomas Midtown Hospital in Nashville. His body is to be cremated and a private family service will be held later. Bruce Gargus was born on January 8, 1964, in Henry County, TN to the late Dale F. Gargus and the late Laura Lucille Brown Gargus. Bruce formerly worked at Paris Landing State Park for 8 years and he was a car enthusiast. Bruce is survived by his daughter, Laura Gargus (Robert Gallimore) of Paris, TN; son, Aiden Gargus of Buchanan, TN; significant other, Jennifer Underwood of Puryear, TN; three grandchildren: Eli Riola, Addilyn Gallimore, and Isabella Lucille Gallimore; stepdaughter, Autumn Underwood of Puryear, TN; brother, Thomas Wayne Gargus of Clarksville, TN; and numerous nieces, nephews, cousin, and friends. Besides his parents, Bruce was also preceded in death by four sisters: Mary Lea Cooper, Jeanette Flatt, Darlis Jean Gilbert, and Norma Faye Gargus; and one brother, Gerald Joe Gargus.
