Bud Griffith, age 79 of Buchanan, passed away Saturday, April 4, 2020 at AHC of Paris. Burial will take place at Poplar Grove Cemetery and no public services are scheduled. Bud Griffith was born January 21, 1941 in Gary, Indiana to the late Raymond Oliver Griffith and the late Velma Louise Lawson Griffith. He is survived by two sisters: Glenda Griffith Newton of Buchanan and Patricia Leigh (Samuel) Miller of Carson City, NV; one brother, James Patrick Griffith of Griffith, Indiana; and a host of nieces, nephews, and cousins. Besides his parents, Bud was also preceded in death by two sisters: Elizabeth Dean Murphy and Louise Rene Schammert. Mr. Griffith was a Vietnam War Veteran and a retired dental technician.
