Mr. Carl Neville Barrows, age 89 of Paris, Tennessee passed away Tuesday, June 6, 2017 at Paris Healthcare and Rehab Center. His body was donated to science and no services are scheduled. Mr. Barrows worked at Holley Carburetor in Paris and the Henry County Highway Department. Carl Neville Barrows was born April 28, 1928 in Stewart County, Tennessee to the late Ralph Chester Barrows and the late Sylvia Eloise Stack Barrows. On November 23, 1956 he married Juanita Fitch Barrows and she preceded him in death on October 11, 2010. He was also preceded in death by one sister: Louise Barrows Clutts; and one brother: Neal Blair Barrows. Mr. Barrows is survived by one son: Martin Craig Barrows (Kelly E. Barker) of Murfreesboro, Tennessee.
