Carlos Ray Enoch, age 79 of Paris, TN passed away Tuesday September 27, 2016 at Jackson Madison County General Hospital, Jackson, TN. Funeral service 11:00AM Monday October 3, 2016 at McEvoy Funeral Home with Dr. John Smith, Fairview Baptist Church officiating, burial will follow at Hillcrest Memorial Park Cemetery. Sons and grandsons will serve as pallbearers. Visitation 4:00 - 8:00PM Sunday October 2, 2016 and after 9:00AM Monday. He is survived by his wife Shirley Sue Esra Enoch, Paris, TN; daughters: Debbie Dean, Ramona Pierce; sons: Mike (Misty) Enoch, David (Laura) Enoch; sister: Elva Medlock; brother: Clyde Enoch; grandchildren: Wayne (Sue) Enoch, Josh (Pam) Enoch, Ben (LaToya) Enoch, Lani (Justin) Enoch, Dustin Enoch, Tiffany Miller, Johnny Pierce, Jr., Bert (Jenny) Pierce, Demina "Dee" (Clint) Rogers, Stephanie Dodd, Nathan Dodd, Greg Dodd, Michael Dean, Shanna Mathis. He is also survived by numerous great-grandchildren and special family friend Tina Stamps Enoch. Carlos is preceded by a daughter: Carla Smith (2010); son: Anthony Enoch (2016); daughter-in-law: Cindy Enoch (2014); son-in-law: Jesse Dean (2015). Mr. Enoch was a member of Fairview Baptist Church. He worked and retired from Plumley/Dana as a supervisor. Carlos was a family man who loved dogs, the outdoors, and model railroading.
