She was born in Seattle, WA to the late George Alexander Brown and Ruby Lane Davidson Brown. Her husband of 53 years, William Karl Douglas, Jr., survives in Cottage Grove, TN. Survived by sons: Karl (Kelly) Douglas, St. Clair Shores, MI, Don (Diana) Douglas, Troy, MI, Bret (Janet) Douglas, New Haven, MI; sisters: Martha Brown, Detroit, MI, Rita Spence, Memphis, TN and seven grandchildren.
