Mrs. Carol Sue Tibbs Newman, age 64, died Monday, December 29th at her residence. Her funeral will be at 11:00 AM Friday at McEvoy Funeral Home. Visitation will be Friday from 9:00 AM until service time at 11:00. Burial will be in Hillcrest Cemetery. She is survived by a son, Robert Newman, Paris.
