Mrs. Powell was born in Bethesda, Ohio to the late Cletus Paul and Myrtle Mae Shepherd Keylor. On September 1, 1957 she married Stanley Powell, he preceded January 3, 2000. She is survived by daughters: Sandra Rayburn, Springville, Shannon Powell, Paris; sons: Stanley A. Powell, Vale, Paul Earl Powell, Rock Port, TX; eight grandchildren and four great-grandchildren. Preceded by sisters: Peg Brake and Alice Mae Corn; brother: Joseph Keylor and one grandchild. Memorials may be made to the charity of choice.
