Mrs. Catherine Carter, age 88, of Mansfield, TN, died Wednesday, June 27, 2007 at Baptist Hospital in Huntingdon, TN. Her funeral will be at 2:00 P.M. Friday, June 29, 2007 at McEvoy Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will follow in the Shiloh Methodist Cemetery in Mansfield. Visitation will be from 4:00 - 8:00 P.M. on Thursday and after 10:00 on Friday. She was the former owner and operator of Grandma's Country Store in Mansfield since 1979.
