Charles Lee Bazzell, age 72 of Henry, TN passed away Saturday, October 21, 2023, at Jackson Madison County General Hospital. His funeral service will be at 1:00 PM Wednesday, October 25th at McEvoy Funeral Home with Bro. Rex Burford officiating. Burial will follow in his family cemetery. Visitation will be after 11:00 AM Wednesday, at McEvoy Funeral Home. Honoring Mr. Bazzell as pallbearers will be Pat Schmidt, CJ Bazzell, Hunter Chantler, Tanner Schmidt, Carroll Chantler, Michael Chantler, Ace Hanson, and Dizze Hanson. Charles Lee Bazzell was born July 7, 1951, in Henry County, TN to the late Howard Bazzell and Ruby Radford Bazzell. He is survived by his former wife, Regina Vines of Paris, TN; daughter, Charla (Pat) Schmidt of Henry, TN; step-children: Melanie Denton, Michele Ridgway, and Jodi Vines; grandchildren: Chelsie Bazzell Warren, Ruby Chantler, CJ Bazzell, Hunter Chantler, and many more grandchildren and last but not least, his great-grandson, Kane Bazzell. Besides his parents, Charles was also preceded in death by a son, Charles Robert Bazzell; a sister, Dona Bazzell Pierce; and a brother, Don Bazzell. Visitation McEvoy Funeral Home, Inc.
