Survived by sisters: Mary (Bobby) Olive, Paris, Ann (Charlie) Woods, Columbus, OH; brothers: Thomas (Janie) Foster, Paris, Leo Foster, Paris; several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins from Columbus,OH to Racine, WI; special friends: Patricia Gardner, friends at the Salvation Army and many friends of the court square area. Preceded by his parents William T. and Beatrice Tharpe Foster; a sister: Carolyn Woods and a brother: Glen Foster. He formerly worked for Carpenter Jones, The Toggery and Leach's Music of Paris. A special friend and prayer partner Mrs. Gray was greatly appreciated by Charles and his family.
