Charles Strong, age 79 of Buchanan, Tennessee, formerly of Jackson, Tennessee passed away on Thursday, December 1, 2022 at his residence. His body is to be cremated and no services are planned at this time. Charles Strong was born September 14, 1943 in Madison County, Tennessee to the late Henry Calvin Strong and the late Bonnie Manness Strong. He married Linda Riggs Strong on January 30, 1965 and she survives in Buchanan, Tennessee. Charles is also survived by his daughter, Angela Kaye Strong Smith and her husband, Ricky Joe of Jackson; and is also survived by nieces and nephews. Mr. Strong was an avid sportsman, enjoying hunting and fishing. He was also an old movie buff who especially loved John Wayne.
