He was born in Ft. Peck, MT to the late Reuben P. and Emma Helen Meidinger Wills. On July 30, 1973 he married Sandra Fay Siebarth Wills, she survives in Paris.
Survived by daughters: Kim (William) Vitkus, Beloit, WI, Dawn (Jerry) Tibbitts, Delavan, WI, Sally (Ira) Harms, Paris; son: Christopher (Cyndy) Farragut, TN; sister: Dianne (Ed) Buckley, Kenosha, WI; brother: Raymond (Brigitte) Wills, Springville; grandchildren: Zachary Olson, Courtney Wills, Jessica Iverson, Cassidy Wills and Holden Harms.
Preceded by a sister: Faye Wills.
Mr. Wills was a U.S. Air Force Veteran working as a radar tech in Alaska. He worked as a machinist at Iseli Company in excess of 25 years and was an active member of Bridge of Hope Church. Family members say that he loved the Lord. Clifford was an animal lover, enjoyed traveling on his motorcycles, lounging in the hot tub and was very active working outdoors.
