Clyde Wesley Collins, 79,(formerly of Lombard, Illinois) passed away in his sleep on Thursday, April 28th, 2016 in Paris Tennessee. He was born on June 5th, 1936 to M.C and Sallie (Chesser) Collins of Tiptonville, Tennessee. He married Frances Lynn Marchbanks on January 14th, 1957.
