Funeral service 10:00AM Saturday at McEvoy Funeral Home with Kerry Shopher officiating, burial will follow at Olive Branch Cemetery. Named as pallbearers are Joe Lackey, Pete Lackey, Terry Lackey, Lon Greer, Ed Goad, Sr. and Gary Morris. Visitation 5:00 - 7:00PM Friday and after 9:00AM Saturday until service time. She was born in Woodruff County, AR to the late William and Amber Woodard Bishop. On February 19, 1955 she married L.T. Butler, he preceded February 2, 1990. Survived by a daughter: Jolie Butler, Paris; grandchildren: Justin Burton, Paris and Jaida Jackson, Paris. Preceded by a son: Kevin Butler, February 27, 1973; sister Frances Rollins and a brother: Hubert "Dude" Bishop. Darlene was a member of Thompson Creek Missionary Baptist Church.
