Funeral service 2:00PM Thursday at McEvoy Funeral Home with Bro. Randy Stephens of Sulphur Well Church of Christ officiating. A private family burial of cremains will be held later.
Named as honorary pallbearers are Robert Owens, Lester Riggins, Chip McLean, Craig Atkins, Steve Cannon and Chris Cannon.
Visitation 4:00 - 8:00PM Wednesday and after 12:00Noon Thursday.
Survived by special friend: Debi Hart, Springville; daughter: Jessica Vallery, Buchanan; son: Dustin (Meredith) Crouch, Arrington; brothers: Don (Diane) Crouch, Atlanta, GA, Jerry (Cathy) Crouch, Elkhorn; grandchildren: Edison Crouch and Alanna Kirk.
Preceded by his father: William Thomas "Bill" Crouch, October 17, 2010 and his mother: Eva Merrell Tarkington Crouch, September 16, 1966.
