Funeral Service for Mrs. Forrest will be 10:00 AM Wednesday at McEvoy Chapel, Bro. Larry Dukes of Point Pleasant Baptist Church will officiate, burial will follow at Hillcrest Memorial Park Cemetery. Named as pallbearers are Rusty Robinson, Tom Wilson, Thomas Wilson, Mark Medlock, Henry Medlock and Mike James, honorary pallbearers will be Susan Medlock, Lucille Claxton, Kathy Osborn and Teresa Nash. Visitation Tuesday 4:00 - 8:00 PM and after 9:00 AM Wednesday. Born June 15, 1953 in Paris, Tennessee to the late Harold Thomas and Dorothy Fay "Dot" Claxton Starkweather, she was raised by her Uncle and Aunt Richard and Evelyn Claxton Fiorita, both preceded. She was married April 25, 1981 to Paul Neil Forrest, survives, of Springville, TN. Survived by sister: Dorothy Marie Fiorita Kingsley, San Diego, CA; sisters-in-law: Tanya (Roger) Lindsey, Dena (Tom), Shannon (Roy) Morton , Kristy Ryan; brother: Richard Fiorita, San Diego, CA; brother-in-law: Jon (Kathy) Forrest and cousins in the Paris, TN area. Debbie was a member of Point Pleasant Baptist Church. She formerly worked at Holley Carburetor Plant until its closure, worked with the Tomorrow's Hope program and Fostering Parenting.
