Donna Stephens, age 68 of Springville, Tennessee passed away on Friday, March 1, 2024 at her residence. Her "Celebration of Life" service will be 4:00 P.M. Sunday, March 10, 2024 at Sulphur Well Church of Christ. Visitation with the family will begin after 1:00 P.M. until time of service. Donna Wood Stephens was born March 14, 1955 in Albany, Georgia to the late William Donald Wood and the late Margie Ellen Johnston Wood. She married Randy Stephens on April 8, 1978 and he survives in Springville. Donna is also survived by her sons, Kyle (Jennifer) Stephens and David (Ashley) Stephens all of Springville; grandchildren, Garrett, Luke, Tara, Bryan, Allie, Eliza, Nolan, Kierra, Killian, and Cooper Stephens; brother, Bill (Paula) Wood of Henderson, Tennessee; sister-in-law, Melinda Wood of Springville; by aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins, and other family members. Besides her parents, Donna is preceded by her brother, Mark Wood (Melinda's husband). Mrs. Stephens was a graduate of Freed Hardeman University with a BS in Business Administration and had a 32 year banking career in Henry County. She was a member of the Van Dyke Church of Christ and was a devoted Bible class teacher for 40 plus years. Donna enjoyed traveling, visiting all 50 states and at least a dozen foreign countries. She loved children, old folks, Granny Smith apples and peanut butter.
