Doris J. Runions, age 85 of Paris, passed away Wednesday, January 13, 2021 at her residence. No services are scheduled at this time. Doris J. Runions was born November 28, 1935 in Gibson Co., Tennessee to the late Willie Mathis Kirkland and the late Ludie Pearl Bass Kirkland. On November 11, 1950 she married James Edward Runions and he preceded her in death on May 19, 1994. Doris was a sweet, loving person and she was a member of Lakeside Christian Fellowship Church. Doris is survived by her sister, Martha Wade (James) of Paris, TN; and two brothers: Don Kirkland of Indiana and Wayne Kirkland (Rose) of California. Besides her parents and husband, Doris was also preceded in death by a sister, Mary Evelyn Bennett; and a brother, Bernis Kirkland.
