Dorris M. Phelps, age 85, Paris, TN, died November 15, 2009 at Plumley Rehabilitation Center in Paris. His funeral will be 2:00 PM Thursday, November 19th at Maplewood Baptist Church in Paris. Burial will follow in Maplewood Cemetery. Visitation will be 4:00 - 7:00 PM Wednesday at McEvoy Funeral Home. His wife, Sue Jeane Ford Phelps, preceded april 22, 2004. He is survived by son, Dr. James Dee Phelps, Chicago, IL, brother, Ben Phelps, AL, grandchild, Kelly Phelps Miller, Ft. Mill. SC and two great-grandchildren, Michael Scott and Haley Michelle Miller.
