Mr. Dudley Ray Hubbard, Sr. age 91, of Paris, Tennessee passed away on Wednesday, March 6, 2024 at Charter Assisted Living of Paris. No services or visitation are scheduled. He will be buried privately at Van Dyke Church of Christ Cemetery. Dudley Hubbard was born May 30, 1931 in Paris, Tennessee to the late Isom James Hubbard and the late Lockie Bell Hastings Hubbard. He married Sue Dell Parker Hubbard on August 12, 1950 and she preceded him in death on February 21, 2016. Dudley is survived by sons, Dudley Ray (Stella) Hubbard of Big Sandy and Johnny D. (Maria) Hubbard of Paris; grandchildren, Detra (David) Kimmins, Amanda Sue Hubbard, Jennifer D. (Jose) Ramirez, Veronica Marie (Treston) Smith, Bryan M. (Lynsey) Hubbard; and eight great-grandchildren. Besides his parents and wife, Dudley is also preceded in death by his son, Steve Alan Hubbard; grandson, Josh Alan Hubbard; sisters, Ila May Hubbard Caldwell and Sarah Frances Hubbard; brother, Glen Hubbard. Mr. Hubbard was a member of the Church of Christ. He was a Mason and had been a Master Mason since 1970. Dudley was a professional musician for 50 years, playing the pedal steel guitar. He also worked at Holley Carburetor and later in life sold insurance.
