Funeral service 1:00PM Saturday at McEvoy Funeral Home with Bro. Rex Buford, Gary S. Collier and Bro. Ed Howard officiating, burial will follow at Memorial Cemetery. Her sons and grandsons will serve as pallbearers. Visitation 4:00 - 8:00PM Friday and after 10:00AM Saturday. She was born in Greenfield, TN to the late Loren Lafayette "Bill" and Euna Mae Jenkins Capps. On March 15, 1952 she married Charles Wendell Morris, he preceded March 15, 2010. Survived by a daughter: Angela Morris Clayton ; Paris, TN sons: Gary D. (Nancy) Morris, Paris, Glenn T. (Teresa) Morris, Bartlett, TN, Robert C.(Lovell) King, Denver, CO; sister: Merle (Billy) Gooch, Paris; sisters-in-law: Willie Mae Lampkins, Paris, Laverne(Hulon) Hopkins, Paris, Kathleen Coley, Paris; brother-in-law: Dempsey Morris, Dearborn, MI; grandchildren: Chris (Ashley) Morris, Nick (Meredith) Morris, Josh (fiance Loren Archer)Morris, Amanda (fianc Juan Alvarado) Morris, Lindsay Morris, Jenny (Jon) Thomas, Jeremy (Jane) King; great-grandchildren: Jackson Morris, Olivia Morris, Sam Morris, Jordan King, Kyle King, Samantha King and Cooper Thomas; special niece and caregiver: Betty Joyce Stephenson along with numerous nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews. Preceded by a daughter-in-law: Judy Marie Snider Morris; son-in-law: William Larry Clayton; niece: Cheryl Ann Coley and a sister-in-law: Rachel Shelton. She was a member of the Como Church of Christ. Retired from Holley Carburetor Plant and was a homemaker.
