Mrs. Edna Mae Bevil of Paris, TN died Friday, April 29, 2011 at Arbor Place of Puryear at the age of 90. Her funeral service will be conducted by Bro. John Dale on Monday, May 2nd, at McEvoy Funeral Home with burial to follow at Hillcrest Memorial Park Cemetery. Visitation with the family will be from 4:00 to 8:00 PM on Sunday, May 1st, and after 9:00 AM Monday until service time. Edna Eldridge married Mr. Freeman Bevil on December 28, 1941. Mr. Bevil preceded her in death on November 03, 1997. Mrs. Bevil is survived by son; Paul Richard "Dick" (Laura) Bevil of Hixson, TN, grandchildren; Kimberly Ann (Jason) Peterson of Chattanooga, TN, Chris Bevil of Chattanooga, TN, and Kevin (Stephanie) Bevil of Mt.Juliet, TN, great-grandchildren; Christian Nichols, Tori Peterson, Zeke Peterson, Alaina Peterson, Eliana Bevil, Lucy Bevil and Olive Bevil. Besides her husband, Edna was preceded in death by her parents, Alvin and Mollie Ray Eldridge and two sisters, Treva Robinson and Irell Turner.
