Survived by a daughter: Neomi Denise (Keith) Durham, Sun City, FL; son: Joe R. Frazier, Durand, MI; sister: Ruth Reynolds, New Jersey; brother: George Palmer, New Jersey; four grandchildren: Palasty, Shane Anderson, Heather Kabteni, Jeanine Kalafatis; eight great-grandchildren: Nik, Joe and Sam Kalafatis, Yousuf and Ismaiil Kabteni, Corey Ledford, Taya Perkins, Phoenix Anderson; numerous nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews. Preceded by a daughter-in-law: Mary Frazier, March 11, 2012; sister: Olive Wagner; brothers: Milton Palmer, Americus "Buddy" Palmer. Mrs. Frazier enjoyed doing crafts and an occasional trip to the casino.
