Graveside service 3:00PM Monday at Hillcrest Memorial Park Cemetery, her son, Glenn Parrish will officiate. Grandsons will serve as pallbearers. No visitation is scheduled. She was the daughter of the late Walter and Nellie Bishop Hurt. On September 10, 1943 she married Herman Edward Parrish, he preceded February 15, 2005. Survived by a daughter: Pris (Sam) Lemons, Springville, TN; sons: Glenn (Lilabeth) Parrish, Knoxville, TN, Mary (Tanya) Parrish, Kinston Springs, TN; sister: Mary Ruth Perry, Paris; nine grandchildren: Will (Julie), Ben, Nick (Erica), Emma, Jonathan, Jacob, Joshua, Julia and Jordan Parrish; three great-grandchildren: Mason Parrish, Elizabeth and Thomas Lemons. Preceded by five brothers: Paul, Hugh, Bishop, Gilbert and David Hurt. Mrs. Parrish was a member of West Paris Baptist Church.
