Elizabeth Rosina Connell Wright, age 94 of Anderson, SC formerly of Paris, TN, passed away Wednesday October 28, 2015 at Hospice of the Upstate in Anderson, SC. Funeral service 2:00PM Saturday October 31, 2015 at McEvoy Funeral Home with Dr. John Smith of Fairview Baptist Church officiating, burial will follow at Maplewood Cemetery. Visitation Saturday 12:00PM until service time. She was born October 27, 1921 in Erin, TN to the late Herman Eric and Hattie Lou Roby Connell. On August 3, 1946 she married Milton Eugene Wright, he preceded March 26, 1982. Survived by a son Donald Eugene (Kathy) Wright, Anderson, SC; grandchildren: Jennifer Wright Moore, Blytheville, AR, Judson B. Wright, Anderson, SC, Anastasia Wright Lin, Gainesville, GA, Cassandra J. Wright, Seattle, WA; great-grandchild: Brooke K. Childs, Blytheville, AR and a number of relatives in Erin, TN. Preceded by a son: Randall Eric (Cynthia) Wright, both preceded; brother: Herman E. Connell, Jr., preceded March 6, 1945 in Germany (WWII) and a grandchild: Kimberly Wright Childs. Elizabeth worked as a Dental Assistant at Humphreys Dental Clinic formerly of Paris, TN. She was a homemaker who truly enjoyed taking care of her family, especially the grandchildren and great-grandchild. Mrs. Wright also enjoyed working in clothing stores, always eager to assist customers with picking out and putting together new outfits.
