Emma Giles Brown, age 90, Paris, TN, died September 5, 2008 at Henry County Medical Center. Her funeral will be 10:00 AM September 9, 2008 at McEvoy Funeral Home Chapel with burial to follow in Palestine Cemetery. Visitation will be 4:00 - 7:00 PM September 8 and after 9:00 AM September 9. She was the widow of Edward Franklin Brown who preceded October 18, 1990. She is survived by a daughter, Nancy (Charles) Carpenter, Vermont, and preceded by a daughter and two sons in infancy. She is also survived by two sisters, Mary (Richard) Kelly, MO and Ruth (Lawrence) Mathews, MI, one brother, Joel (Carolyn) Giles, Parsons, TN.
