Ethan Jarred Smith, 4 year old son of Michael (Ashley) Smith, Puryear, TN and Jennifer Stapke (Thomas) Young, Paris, TN, died November 8, 2008 at Vanderbilt Children's Hospital, Nashville, TN. His funeral will be at 11:00 AM Wednesday at McEvoy Funeral Home with burial to follow in Walker Cemetery. Visitation will be from 4:00 - 8:00 PM Tuesday and after 9:00 AM Wednesday. He is survived by Grandparents - Ricky Smith, Janice (David) Johnsonius and Tim (Lisa) Leonard, all of Paris, TN; Lisa (Mike) Moncher, Spring Creek, TN, Kathis (David) Labadie, Springville, TN and Jimmy (Gayle) Young, Columbus, KY. Great-Grandparents - O.C. (Nellie) Smith, Paris, Barbara Gleason, Gleason, TN, Vernon Schutters, Sylva, NC and Bill (Teresa) Stapke, Chicago, IL. He is also survived by two sisters, Kaelyn Smith, Puryear, TN, Addyson Young, Paris, TN and preceded by Caelan Stapke.
