Mrs. Wood passed away Friday, March 3, 2006 at Vanderbilt Hospital in Nashville, TN. Funeral services will be held at 3:00 P.M. Tuesday at McEvoy Chapel. Burial will follow in the Foundry Hill Cemetery. Visitation wil be from 4:00 P.M. - 8:00 P.M. on Monday March 6, 2006, and after 10:00 A.M. Tuesday. She is survived locally by a son, Paul (Pat) Wood of Puryear, TN, and five daughters: Shirley Archie and Sherry Barlow of Paris, TN, Janice Hastings of Springville, TN, Kathy (Donald) Wright of Anderson, SC, and Kay Hopkins of Stone Mountain, GA.
