Funeral service for Mrs. McPheron will be 3:30 PM Saturday at McEvoy Funeral Home, Dr. Joe Geary will officiate, with burial at Olive Branch Cemetery. Family members will serve as pallbearers. Visitation beginning at Noon Saturday until service time. Born July 21, 1923 in Weakley County, Tennessee to the late John Henry and Ola Mae Russell Carmack. She was married October 7, 1942 to James Ralph Feilds, he preceded March 22, 1971, she later married Carl McPheron, he also is preceded. She is survived by sons: Larry (Judy) Fields, Louisville, KY, Garry (Peggy) Fields, Georgetown, KY and Ted (Linda) Fields, Paris, TN; she is also survived by numerous grandchildren, step-grandchildren, great-grandchildren, step-great-grandchildren, cousins, nieces and nephews. Preceded by a daughter: Norma Jean Fields and a daughter-in-law: Beth Kemp Fields. She worked at Henry County Hosptial and Nursing Home as an LPN and retired after 23 years of service. She was a past Matron of Martha Chapter #155, Paris, member of the American Legion Post #89 and a member of the VFW Auxiliary Post #1889.
