Flora-Anne Rose Duncan

Flora-Anne Rose Duncan, age 57 minutes, passed away Saturday, December 14, 2024, at St. Thomas Midtown in Nashville. Her funeral service will be Friday, December 20th at 11:00 am at McEvoy Funeral Home with Bro. Donald Bailey of Taylor's Chapel United Methodist Church officiating. Burial will follow in Taylor's Chapel Cemetery, 635 Taylor's Chapel Road in Dover, TN 37058. Pallbearers for Flora-Anne will be Joshua Bradberry and Donald Brewer. There will be no visitation prior to the service. Flora-Anne Rose Duncan was born December 14, 2024, to Nicklaus Duncan and Ashley Brewer, both of Dover, TN. From the family: On December 8, 2024, while working, my water broke at only 30 weeks & 4 days. We went to a hospital where we were taken to St. Thomas Midtown in Nashville, where we stayed about another week. But at 31 weeks & 5 days, Saturday, December 14th I was taken for an emergency C-section. Flora-Anne Rose Duncan made her entrance to the world at 10:55 pm. She ended up having complications with her lungs, they stabilized her and brought her to the NICU where her pulse dropped, and they were unable to bring her back. She lived 57 minutes, passing at 11:52 pm. We never got to see or hold her for those 57 minutes, but she was and is very loved by her mom, dad, and everyone else. In addition to her parents, Flora-Anne is also survived by maternal grandparents: Donald & Amy Brewer of Henry, TN; paternal grandparents: Joshua & Blair Bradberry of Dover, TN; maternal great-grandparents: Judith Brewer and Jackie & Danny Earls; paternal great-grandparents: Lynn Greene and Janice Powell; aunts & uncles: Chastity Dilday, Jacklynn Brewer, Donald Brewer III, Alex Brewer, Chrissy (Richard) Long, Scarlett Duncan, and A'leigha Duncan; and other family members, including Jacob Mansfield and Justin Mansfield. funeral service McEvoy Funeral Home Friday, December 20, 2024 11:00 AM 507 West Washington Street Paris, TN 38242
