Funeral Service for Mrs. Willoughby will be 1:00 PM Thursday at McEvoy Funeral Home Chapel, Bro. Carlton Gerrell of Tennessee Valley Community Church will officiate, burial will follow at Trinity Cemetery in Dover, TN. Named as pallbearers are Carl Morgan, Randall Morgan, Junior Anderson, Ricky Morgan, Kevin Miles and Terry Morgan. Honorary pallbearers will be Mitchell Moon, Nader Fares and Jeremy Hunter. Visitation will be Wednesday 4:00 - 8:00 PM and after 10:00 AM Thursday. Born February 17, 1937 in Russellville, KY to the late Elbert D. and Barbara Porter Shumake. She married Charles Willoughby in 1990, he preceded November 25, 1996. Survived by one daughter: Brenda (Nicholas) Born, Belleville, IL; one son: Timmy W. (Lisa) Miles, Henry, TN; one sister: Jesse Morgan, Granite City, IL; one brother: Elber D. (Sybil) Shumake, Jr., Russellville, KY; grandchildren: Kevin W. Miles, Mitchell Moon, Jr., Tina Manfro; great-grandchildren: Piper Key Miles, Emery Case Miles, Tristin Drake Moon, Abby Rose Moon, Lacy Nichole Hardin and Travis Michael Hardin, Jr. Preceded by one sister: Elizabeth Morgan and one brother: Carl Shumake. Mrs. Willoughbywas a member of the Tennessee Valley Community Church. She was a homemaker.
