Born in Big Sandy, TN to the late Thomas Joseph and Bernice King Riordan. He was formerly married to Dorothea Riordan, Paris. Survived by a daughter: Susan (David) Caldwell, Paris; sons: William Riordan, Paris, Anthony (Shanon) Riordan, Paris, Edward Riordan, Paris; sister: Margaret A. McGuire, Indiana; grandchildren: Josh Lefler, Tauryannah Riordan Fortner, Justine Caldwell Bursey, Camille Caldwell, Blake Flowers, Jessica Riordan, Cameron Riordan, Ashton Riordan, Skylar Riordan, Sofia Riordan; great-grandchildren: Aubrey Fortner, Emma Fortner, Brodie Fortner and Luke Fortner. Preceded by a son Floyd Riordan, Jr., October 4, 1983. Mr. Riordan worked and retired with American Blowpipe Company of Chicago, IL with over 40 years of service.
